SHIPPING POLICY

Free tracked shipping

Swivelle currently provides free standard tracked shipping to supported United States addresses. No minimum order value is required. Any expedited option offered at checkout is charged separately.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and begin after an order has been processed. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking details are emailed after the carrier accepts the parcel.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, an address change may no longer be possible.

Delays and lost parcels

Customs checks, carrier disruption, severe weather, and remote-area service can affect delivery times. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

International orders

International delivery is available only where it is specifically offered at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local charges unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included.
